Unicorn - Concept to plush

This is one of the plush I designed part of recently -- I say part of because originally I only sketched out the head for my co-worker since (as you can see in the bottom photo) the body is in a sleeping bag. But my boss liked the design so much he asked for me to design a body, too (top).

In MY opinion, there's a LOT I would fix about the plush version -- the horn's colors not lining up, the eyes don't look quite right, and I'd rather have flat, sculpted hair like what I drew. But my boss is like in love with this guy so I think this is the final product. xD

Pretty much, those top two sketches are what I do here -- fronts and sides. xD Very repetitive, but good practice.
