I'm back from Japan!*

...I've been back for a while...I just haven't gotten a chance to report this.

So, I was afraid that after a week of not-drawing, I'd be all...drawing-ed-ly disabled, but it appears not! In fact...there is something odd about this drawing. Know what it is?

-There's a person in it.
-She's a she.
-There is interaction.

These are three things with which I am artistically clumsy. And yet this looks okay!

Now for an explaination of the subject matter. ...Okay.

So, we all know the girl is Aerith, from Kingdom Hea...CRAP, I FORGOT HER BELT.

...Oh well.
The girl is Aerith from Kingdom Hearts.** The lion in her arms is Sora, also from Kingdom Hearts, in his Pridelands form. The wolf is Axel, again from Kingdom Hearts, in the canine form I oft draw, but which has no origin in the Kingdom Hearts games. Those who are familiar with my gallery know I have a small running series of pics featuring lion cub Sora and wolf Axel in somewhat of a Tom and Jerry motif - Axel is hungry and wants to eat Sora. XD

This time, it seems Aerith has interrupted their little game of cat-and-mouse, and has scooped up cute little Sora in her arms. Inspired by my own house-dog, Shiro, Axel attempts to get his treat by "doing beggies". Aerith scolds him, and if he persists, he may end up the recipient of a rolled-up-newspaper beating. XD

I couldn't decide whether I wanted Sora to look smug or grateful, so I guess it comes off as a little of both. ^^;

You can read me like a book... I just hope I'm not as bad as some of my computer textbooks. Very dry reading. I can't wait to hear err... read about your trip.
